Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and applying the applications of the nursing process.
• Demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner.
• Provide patient care and assist others in the management of patient care.
• Supervise and lead CNAs to ensure the shift is adequately staffed to meet the needs of each resident.

Requirements of the

Licensed Practical Nurse:

• LPN FL or compact license
• Level II Background screen
• Health Clearance from Physician
• CPR Certification
• Reliable Transportation Compensation for the
