ABrief Overview The LPN is responsible for assisting with the dailyclinical activities under the supervision of the physician and ornurse practitioner providing primary care services. What you will do Complies with established patient careguidelines, maintains established clinic policies, procedures andobjectives, is aware of patient rights and confidentiality issuesand abides by established communication policy with regard to theage specific populations. Accurately obtains, organizes and recordsnecessary patient data. Updates all patient records subsequent toclinical information from physicians, nurse practitioner, includinglab, etc., and assists in maintaining pertinent records. Assistsphysicians, nurse practitioners with procedures as needed. Performsunder supervision of physician or nurse practitioner, theday-to-day clinical operations. Helps maintain a clean, orderly andsafe environment for patient and staff. Education/Formal TrainingRequirements Technical Degree or Diploma Nursing
