A Brief Overview The LPN is responsible for assisting with the daily clinicalactivities under the supervision of the physician and or nursepractitioner providing primary care services. Models appropriatebehavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. What you will do Complies with established patient care guidelines, maintainsestablished clinic policies, procedures and objectives, is aware ofpatient rights and confidentiality issues and abides by establishedcommunication policy with regard to the age specificpopulations. Accurately obtains, organizes and records necessary patientdata. Updates all patient records subsequent to clinical informationfrom physicians, nurse practitioner, including lab, etc., andassists in maintaining pertinent records. Assists physicians, nurse practitioners with procedures asneeded. Performs under supervision of physician or nurse practitioner,the day-to-day clinical operations. Helps maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment forpatient and staff. Education/Formal Training Requirements Technical Degree or Diploma Nursing
