Schedule:
Morning shifts. Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm. In terms of responsibilities for this Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position, you will provide care to a geriatric trach patient at home, G-Tube care, and medication administration. You only need a current unrestricted LPN/RN license in state for which care is being provided, certified CPR and Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
