Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Full Time Position Available In Hernando, Florida

Job Description:

Position OverviewThe Licensed Practical Nurse is an essentialpart of the team responsible for providing and documenting skillednursing care in accordance with the developed care plan andphysicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering toconfidentiality standards and professional boundaries at alltimes.

Part Time visits needed

• Essential Job Functions Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physicianorders under direction of their Registered Nurse teammate.
• Perfom the continuum of hands on client care throughdocumentation and timely communication with the client’s physicianand other caregivers Recognizes changes in patient needs and responses requiringintervention and implements care to prevent risk or reducerisk.
• Educate clients and their family members based on client’sspecific needs.

Provide care in patients home using a variety of skills such asphone triage, patient education, observation/assessment, woundcare, infusions, catheter care, PICC line dressing changesetc.

An active LPN License in the state of application Valid CPR and Drivers license in the state ofapplication

Preferred:
