Role Responsibilities:

Participation in the nursing process by providing input to the client’s plan of care Implementing the care plan as written Evaluating effectiveness of care plan Record a patient’s medical history accurately Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards:
