• Your Responsibilities:

• + Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans + Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders + Document changes in patient condition with accuracy and clarity + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes + Provide patient/family education and emotional support + Respond appropriately to urgent care needs + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for care •

Ideal Candidate Has Experience In:

• + Pediatric or young adult care + Ventilator, trach, and G-tube support + Wound care, IV therapy, and emergency response + Strong clinical judgment and team communication

• Qualifications Required:

• + Current, unrestricted
• Florida LPN license
• + Associate Degree or higher in Nursing + Current
• BLS/CPR
• (AHA or Red Cross) + At least
• 2 years
• of clinical experience in: + Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Rehab + Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team playerHealth Advocates Network, Inc.
