Description
The Office Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) provides technical nursing and performs selected acts which include administration of treatments and medications, the promotion of wellness, the maintenance of health and the prevention of illness of others, under the direction of an Office Nurse. Documents nursing interventions, identifies and reports situations requiring intervention. The Office Nurse
- LPN is accountable for his/her own acts.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited practical nurse school
Florida licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Completion of an Intravenous Therapy class of at least 30 hours of post-graduate teaching in accordance with the Florida State Board of Nursing chapter 595-12 prior to hire
