As a Private Duty Nurse, you will: Deliver compassionate 1:1 patient care in the home Implement physicians’ care plans and administer treatments. Perform patient assessments and coordinate care. Educate and train family members on care techniques. Maintain compliant and timely documentation. Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and team members.

Qualifications:

To join the team, you’ll need: An active and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification (with hands-on component; we can assist) TB skin test (current within the last 12 months) Reliable transportation 6+ months hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required Ready to Make a Difference?
