Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Day Shift LPNs & RNs (Part-Time Only)

Shift:

12-Hour Days |

Hours:

6:00 AM – 6:00

PM Schedule:

2-3 days per week with rotating weekends

Patient Ratio:

Who We’re Hiring:

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Registered Nurses (RNs)

Key Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments and create/update individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure quality outcomes Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per care protocols Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care Respond effectively to emergencies with strong clinical judgment Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment

Preferred Clinical Experience:

IV administration Pediatric and young adult care G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management Wound care and emergency response Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) At least 1 year of experience in: Acute Care Rehab Hospital Home Health Hospice Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Willingness to participate in designated disaster response team (Team A, B, or C)

Compensation:
