Full Job Description Shift:

Who We’re Hiring:
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Registered Nurses (RNs)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and update care plans Deliver treatments, medications, and therapies per protocol Monitor and document patient status and clinical changes Provide education and support to patients and families Collaborate with the care team for optimal patient outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Respond confidently to emergencies
Preferred Clinical Skills:
IV therapy and wound care Pediatric or young adult care Tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube management Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing Active Florida RN or LPN license (unrestricted) Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) 1+ year experience in: Acute Care Rehab Home Health Hospice Hospital settings Compassionate, dependable, and a team player Willingness to serve on emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)
