$35/HR In-Home Private Home Care 1 Client RN or LPN (Mon, Tues, Thurs, aternating Saturdays 8a-4p) SW Florida Home Care Bonita Springs, FL 34135 8 Hour Shifts Days. Mon, Thursday, Friday. Private duty client in Bonita seeking RNs or LPNs for care. Up to $35 / Hour. Interviewing immediately and referring immediately. Must have the following items prior to scheduling interview: Current Florida Licensing Drivers License Level II Background
HIV/AIDS
Training, Assistance with Medication Training, Alzheimer’s Training, HIPAA Training. Current CPR From American Red Cross or American Heart Association Current Health Statement Current Auto Insurance SS Card and Work Verification You will be referred cases as an independent contractor and as such you will be responsible for any state and federal tax payments.
