Pediatric

RN & LPN

• Fort Myers (Multiple Shifts Available)

Pay:

$35/hour+ (plus weekend differential) We’re currently staffing two medically fragile pediatric cases in Fort Myers and are seeking skilled, compassionate nurses to join our team. Positions are available for both RNs and LPNs , depending on case, with 12-hour shifts and a consistent 4-on/3-off rotation , including alternating weekends . Case 1

• RN-Only |

TPN & Central Line Care Shifts:

AM (7 AM

• 7 PM) and PM (7 PM
• 7 AM)

Openings:

Full team (both AM and PM shifts)

Schedule:

4-on/3-off rotation with alternating weekends

Clinical Needs:

TPN, central line care, G-tube, standard monitoring

License Required:

RN Case 2

• RN or LPN |

G-Tube, Trach & Vent Shifts:

PM (7 PM

• 7 AM only)

Openings:

2 nurses needed for rotating coverage

Schedule:

4-on/3-off rotation with alternating weekends

Clinical Needs:

G-tube, trach, ventilator

License Accepted:

RN or LPN Experience with trach and vent preferred
