Role:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for Monday’s/Tuesday’s and Sunday’s 3pm-11pm in Naples (34105) to join our team at McKenney Home Care! Female Client with suprapubic catheter needing assistance with day to day tasks such as light housekeeping, meal prep, standby assist with hands on care, monitor urine output and color, empty cath bag and assist with errands.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the RN Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Document all care provided and communicate with the care team
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in the state of Florida Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance & Transportation Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
