What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home assessments and develop provisional plan of cares in coordination with caregivers. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and local partners—your marketing savvy will shine here! Promote Comfort Keepers services to help more families access quality care. Travel throughout the community to visit clients and assist with onboarding new cases.
Who You Are:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state board. Home care experience is a must – you understand the value of aging in place. A natural people person – personable, reliable, and empathetic . Comfortable working independently and excited to drive to client locations daily. Experienced or interested in marketing, outreach, or business development within the home care or healthcare space.
