Night Shift Shift:

7:00 PM•7:00

AM Salary:

$33•$40 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal resident care during the night shift. Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs. Perform wound care, treatments, and other essential medical procedures with expertise and precision. Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care. Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida RN or LPN license. Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills essential for successful teamwork and resident care.
