Overview:

• • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Duties:

• •Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse or physician, as required by state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or ordered by a licensed registered nurse.
• Conduct case management, including coordinating with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize strong triage skills to assess patient needs and prioritize care accordingly.
• Participate in travel nursing assignments to provide healthcare services in various settings.
• Provide toddler care and developmental disabilities support, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
• Assist with neonatal ventilator care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
• Utilize botulinum toxin treatment as prescribed by a physician to help patients manage chronic pain or other conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide spinal tap procedures as ordered by a physician.

Skills:

• •Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Proficiency in case management and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize patient care.
• Experience with travel nursing and working in various healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of toddler care and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to assist with neonatal ventilator care.
• Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment and spinal tap procedures.
• Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
