The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including: Assessment Care Planning Implementing Care Managing Patient Care Quality Improvement Problem Solving Bedside Nursing Medication Administration Treatments Required qualifications: Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program. Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable. Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
