Responsibilities Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a home health setting, prioritizing their comfort and safety. Perform detailed patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes. Administer prescribed medications as needed. Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress in a timely manner. Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans. Provide education to patients and their families on effective health management and wellness practices.
