Miami, FL 33125 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatrics healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care to children. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support throughout their healthcare journey. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies. Educate patients and their families about health management, and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities. Perform catheter care and other specialized nursing procedures as needed. Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice in all interactions with patients, families, and staff. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Experience in acute care; experience in Private Duty Nursing is a plus. Strong understanding of nursing standards and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
