The ideal candidate will be confident in autonomous nursing, have strong clinical assessment skills, and provide top-tier bedside care while supporting patients through their recovery process. •This is a Per Diem Position•Duties Provide hands-on post-operative care in-home or at hotel/ airbnb Monitor vital signs and assess for signs of complications Assist with drains, wound care, dressing changes, and mobility Educate patients on post-op protocols, medication compliance, and red flags Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate updates to care team Offer emotional support and a calm, reassuring presence Collaborate with the care team and escalate concerns when needed Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of experience in post-op, home health, med-surg, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region BLS required Cosmetic surgery experience is a plus , but not required – training provided Apply today and help our clients feel safe, cared for, and confident during one of the most important times in their healing journey.
