Licensed Practical Nurse – The Community Living Center (CLC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers person-centered care to residents of the Community Living Center. Resident-centered care identifies an approach to care whereby the trement plan reflects the specific needs of the resident and decisions are driven by the wishes, preferences, and lifelong habits of the resident.
