MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America Inc.,currently seeks experienced Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses(LPN) for our Home Health patients in the any of the followingcounties; Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Brevard Counties, FL. As amember of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible forperforming selected nursing care under the direction of aregistered nurse.
Job Description:
Provides skilled nursing care to clients as directed by theregistered nurse and physician’s plan of care in accordance withagency policies. Adherence to policies and procedure. Helps to achieve and maintain continuity of client care byassisting in planning and exchanging information with other healthprofessionals. Prepares clinical progress notes and follows client care plansas developed by the registered nurse and according to agencypolicy. On-call rotation.
Job Requirements:
Successful completion of a certified licensed practical nursingprogram. Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of FL. Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Home Health experience strongly preferred. Reliable transportation and company required auto liabilityinsurance.
