We are looking for one (1) compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide medical care in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Part-Time position with 10-12 hr day shifts available. We offer competitive compensation, to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a PPEC in Orlando, FL. Must have at least 1 year of experience as an LPN. Experience with Pediatric patients, and ICU/PCU preferred or must have documentation of ventilator and/or tracheostomy training (i.e. certifications, verified references). Experience with developmentally disabled is a plus. LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as: Daily assessments of clients Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.) Documentation of client status, and/or changes Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates Ventilator monitoring and management Tracheostomy care and suctioning Tube feeding Disease management Coordination client medical appointments Positions available: 1
