Responsibilities :

Responsible For Home Visits With Imminent Patients Coverage Area Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Jupiter Floated to Inpatient Units as Well Flexible Hours Can do 3/12 Hour Shifts 7PM to 7:30AM- 3/12 –

Saturday/Sunday And One Weekday Requirements :

Licensed LPN in the State of Florida Minimum 1 Year Experience in Public Health, Home Care, Hospice or Med Surg 30 Hour IV Certification Required Experience with EMR Basic Life Support Certification HP1
