The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare field and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Analyze patient’s symptoms and record information in a file. Answer phones and greet patients. Provide patient information to doctors. Record patient vital signs Perform various duties to include triage, and gathers medical history to document into the EMR system. Schedule procedure appointments and follow ups Serve as an assistant to the physicians and Nurse Practitioner with procedures and chart updates. Ensure all work areas and exam rooms are neat and clean. Call patients with results, record requests and closing daily orders. Perform Breath Tests and Capsules. Able to handle a busy office and keep up with phones and tasks.
