JOBFUNCTIONS
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards andguidelines related to employment withWestminster Services and itscommunities.
Assist with the evaluation of residents needs.
Assistwith planning resident care based on MD orders.
Implement residentcare based on MD orders. Evaluate care and communicate with MD forupdates of orders (PRN).Ensure that residents receive theirmedicine at the prescribed time by the MD order.
Monitor bloodglucose, temperature and blood pressure.
Assist residents with DailyLiving Activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating,transfer, ambulation, toileting and other resident needs.
Ensurethat CNAs are following MD Orders.
