In this role you will:

Utilize our systems and processes to accurately and timely complete RAI (MDS 3.0), and to maximize the role of the RAI in enhancement of quality of care and resident quality of life. Assist with ensuring the skillable level of care, proper diagnoses, NTA scores, and the corresponding appropriate plan of care. Working closely with the MDS team to develop Federal 5-star rating strategy, and in particular collaborates on initiatives toward quality improvement centered around Quality Measures. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of

best practices, PDPM system, the ability to seek out new and more challenging benchmarks, and the drive to innovate; the position requires mission commitment and a sense of ownership of all functions of the department, as well as the ability to integrate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team.
