The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support within our clinic, which operates in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our patients. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients. Conduct patient intake, including taking vital signs, medical history, and preparing patients for examination. Provide administrative support by managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Triage phone calls and relay patient results Administer injections and perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and other tasks Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant/LPN (primary care a plus) Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in geriatrics or working within a clinic setting is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
