YOUR LIFE AS AN OUTPATIENT CLINIC NURSE
  • LPN This nursing position enjoys a rewarding work-life-balanced schedule of Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm or 7:30 am
  • 4:30 pm . We offer part-time hours as well. As an Outpatient Clinic Nurse
  • LPN, you support the physician while putting patients at ease.

You evaluate symptoms, either in person or on the phone, and perform triage according to your findings. You take vitals, enter data, and perform other nursing duties, all while delivering compassionate and efficient care. It is the combination of your excellent communication, people, and technical skills that helps you excel. You recognize each person as an individual and treat them with dignity. Your warm, caring demeanor is comforting to patients and helps them feel at home. You feel great about bringing a sense of hope and healing to our patients while enjoying the camaraderie of being part of a great team ! You utilize managed care processes for cost-effective and efficient use of lab, radiology, and extended service providers, including specialists, hospitals, skilled nursing providers, and other ancillary services. You also complete timely and comprehensive medical documentation in EMR systems to abstract for hierarchical condition category (HCC) coding and company standards.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Current LPN Florida license 1+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration OR an additional 4 years of comparable work experience CPR certification IV certification Basic computer skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM Knowledge of eClinicalWorks would be a plus. The ability to speak Spanish and knowledge about medical equipment and maintenance would also be highly desirable.
