Location:

Auburndale, FL NorthBay Home Health is currently hiring compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 care in a home setting. Position Overview:

Shift:

12-hour night shifts (6 PM

• 6 AM)

Schedule:

Full-time (strongly preferred) or

Part-time Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing care in a 1:1 setting Monitor patient conditions and follow care plans Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation and report patient status updates

Qualifications:

✔ Active RN or LPN license (FL or compact/multi-state) ✔ Home health or similar experience preferred ✔ Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently ✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Skills:

Pediatric nursing experience (strongly preferred) G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care experience (a plus) At least one year of home health experience

Credentialing Requirements:

Must submit the following at the time of application: ✔ Updated Resume ✔ Active Professional License ✔ Driver’s License & Social Security Card ✔ Current CPR Certification (AHA or ARC) ✔ Recent Physical (within 6 months) ✔ Recent TB Test (within 1 year) ✔
