Shift Details :

8 Hour shifts What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to hospice patients in their home setting Provide continuous care, emotional support, and comfort to patients and their families Collaborate with case managers to follow individualized care plans and ensure seamless communication Maintain accurate, timely documentation Why Work with Staff America Health?

Qualifications Licensure :

Active LPN license in the state of

Florida Experience :

Minimum of one year in hospice or continuous care preferred

Skills :
