Position Overview:

As a Home Health Nurse, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 care for pediatric patients in their homes. Your clinical expertise and compassion will make a direct impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care in a home setting Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders Monitor and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and progress Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on managing conditions and using equipment

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN or LPN License (or Compact Multistate License) Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Experience with G-Tubes, Trachs, and Vents (preferred) Pediatric and/or Home Health experience strongly preferred Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities

Compensation:

LPN:

$23.00•$29.00 per hour

RN:
