Professional Growth Flexible Scheduling Options What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver individualized, patient-centered nursing care Conduct assessments and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered Monitor and document patient progress, communicating effectively with care teams Educate patients and families on managing care at home

Requirements:

✔ Active Florida or Multistate RN/LPN License ✔ Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred Experience:

G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilator Care Home Health Experience (1+ year) Working with

Developmentally Delayed Patients Shift & Pay Details:

Part-time | 12-hour

Shifts LPN:

$23•29/hour

RN:
