Client Care Coordinator – Lead the Front Lines of Exceptional Home Care (LPN) Caregivers for Sarasota 2075 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237

What You’ll Own:
Caregiver Oversight – Ensure caregivers are trained, prepared, and performing according to detailed care plans. Client Experience – Be the point person for client needs, questions, and concerns. Build long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction. Clinical Leadership – Monitor the clinical quality of services, support home care initiations, and address client or caregiver issues as they arise. Internal Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with the operations team to improve service delivery, close feedback loops, and keep performance high. What You Bring to the

3+ years of LPN experience (required) 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Home care experience strongly preferred Confident communicator with both clients and caregivers Calm under pressure, organized, solutions-focused, and adaptable
