WHAT KIND OF WORK CAN IANTICIPATE?
- Take Care helps each of our clients during theirinitial post operative recovery period.
Care provided by our staffenables our clients to focus on healing in more comfortablesurroundings as well as assisting them with the day-to-day thingsthat may not be easy for them to do during this period.
Thisincludes:
- Direct nursing care as ordered by the physician, suchorders for medication and/or treatment and strict infectioncontrol
- Observation and reporting of changes in condition toinclude management of post operative nausea, pain, compressiondressing and drains, and monitor intake and output.
- ADLs such as:
- Bathing/Grooming
- Dressing
- Feeding/Meal Preparation
- MedicationReminders/Administration
- Light housekeepingsweeping/mopping,laundry, dishes, etc.
- Drivingtransport to appointments, runningerrands, shopping, etc.
- And other day-to-day tasks

- Drain patency and output
- Calls and conversationswith concierge and other providers
- Receive orders

QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?
- Current Level 2 BackgroundScreening
- Drug Test
- Physical and TB test (completed within thelast 6 months)
- Must have LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Licenseor RN (Registered Nurse) License
- 1-2 Years of LPN (LicensedPractical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) Experience_Do you have:_
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferablymedical-surgical in a hospital, Assisted Living, or SkilledFacility?
- Current CPR
