Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Shift :
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, rotating weekends, some call

This position will be conducting patient home visits in the East Orlando, South Sanford, Winter Springs, Oviedo, East Longwood, Waterford, Christmas area which includes but is not limited to the following zip codes: 32773, 32732, 32750, 32708, 32765, 32766, 32826, 32820, 32709, 32828, 32833, 32831, 32832 The community you’ll be caring for: Faith based and Mission driven agency Flexible scheduling One-on-one patient care in the patient’s home environment Joint Commission Deemed Status accredited agency Competitive pay with no state income tax Commitment to workplace wellness and exceptional health and benefits offerings The role you’ll contribute: Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes. The value you’ll bring to the team: Performs nursing skills safely and competently. Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner. Provides accurate and complete documentation. Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs. Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications : Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse Active American Heart Association BLS Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance One year of medical/surgical experience Preferred qualifications: One year experience in community health nursing Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
