Nursing Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our medical facility.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in anatomy knowledge, and general nursing techniques to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Perform conduct physical examinations, and assist in pain management interventions.
• Engage in discharge planning education to residents and families to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving our care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide specialized care in areas such as wound care, enteral feedings, infection control, IVs, and general nursing procedures.
• Utilize Point Click Care electronic health record systems efficiently to document patient information accurately.

Skills:

• Proficiency in general nursing techniques to deliver exceptional patient care..
• Experience in infection control, enteral feedings, IVs, pain management, and resident and family discharge education.
• Strong understanding of general nursing care procedures and pain management techniques.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care EHR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
