The Wellness Nurse is responsible for overseeing the delivery of resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines at all times. Care delivery will be tailored to fit each resident and to reflect approaches best for those we serve. Main areas of focus and oversight include the following: care management, medication management, risk management, and quality assurance, and staff management. This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all resident care staff. An unwavering focus on customer service and resident and family relations are critical. Qualified candidates will have a compassionate and caring style with a professional nursing license in good standing in the state. They will lead by example with unwavering customer service demonstrated by healthy and thriving resident and family relationships.

Preferred Background:
