Role:

The Director of Resident Services is responsible for overseeing resident care, leading the caregiving and medication teams, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role is perfect for a nurse who values autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful relationships—with residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the community Lead, schedule, and support caregivers and medication aides Monitor resident health, manage service plans, and coordinate care with physicians and families Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for state surveys Support the onboarding and training of care staff Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to foster a positive, proactive culture

What We’re Looking For:

Current, valid LPN license in the state of Georgia Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior healthcare preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Compassionate and professional communication style Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
