Role:
Join our Wound Care Team and play a vital role in assessing, treating, and managing wounds across a variety of cases. This is an excellent opportunity to specialize in a high-demand clinical area with mentorship and support provided throughout your journey.
Responsibilities:
Accurately assess, document, and monitor wounds Administer wound care treatments per physician orders and protocols Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Adjust treatment plans as needed to support healing Educate patients, families, and staff on best practices in wound care and prevention Maintain infection control and safety compliance Participate in wound care quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia 1+ year of nursing experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree preferred for RN applicants A nurse who is eager to expand their clinical skills and gain specialized experience in wound care Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, team-oriented, and motivated to learn Positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
