Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the medical team Assist in patient assessments and care planning Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Provide direct patient care in various settings such as hospice care, urgent care, and occupational health Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Support patients with acute pain management and those with developmental disabilities Requirements Current LPN license in the state of practice Experience working in diverse healthcare settings including primary care, urgent care. Proficiency in ventilating patients and providing care for individuals with various medical conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
