Job Summary:
Seeking motivated professionals for a fully remote position in the healthcare domain, supporting Care Delivery team. Join our team to provide outstanding patient outreach and support for home visits and telehealth appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to patients for chart preparation and scheduling assistance. Gather and input patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Perform assessments over the phone to aid healthcare providers with upcoming appointments.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Licensed practical nurse in the state of Florida Previous experience with MS Office is essential; familiarity with eCW software is preferred.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST. Training hours included.
Interview Process:
Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
