•$10,000 Sign on Bonus•Manages, coordinates andperforms nursing care with compassion and care for an assignedgroup of patients and their families and incorporate preventativemeasures as directed by Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Graduate ofan accredited school of practical nursing. Current registration inIllinois for practice as a licensed practical nursing. Six monthsexperience preferred.
This position is performed within anenvironment of frequent exposure to blood and bodyfluids.
Responsibilities:
Collects patient data within the clinicalstandards; reports significant variances to registerednurse.
Establishes workload priorities and offer input into plan ofcare; encourages patient participation in plan of care.
Provides anddocuments care within standards of practice, policies andprocedures and protocols consistent with the patient plan of careunder supervisor of an RN.Identifies expected outcomesindividualized to patient needs under RN guidance.
Demonstratescompetency in all required areas, including department-specific,age-specific, medication administration, and use ofequipment.
Assumes responsibility for professional developmentby:
