$25 – $32 (case by case specific) Sign on bonus:$1,200 Day shift Maxim Healthcare in Decatur, TN is hiring for aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient intheir own homes. Schedule is Monday-Friday 4p-10p Variety ofpatient acuities available including; G-tube, Trach, and Vent. Dayor Night shifts available ranging from 8, 10 and 12 hour shiftlengths.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursingprocess to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Oneach assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services inaccordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptomsindicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’scondition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and informationfrom health care members and documents actual and/or potentialnursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVNin the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice. Current TB orChest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
