Practical Nurse – Client-Centered Care Innovative Nursing Solutions of Georgia Lithonia, GA 30058 We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for residents who have developmental disabilities in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of the Registered nurse. LPN professionals must be compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. We are hiring for full time, part time and/or PRN LPN positions to care for client at group home in Lithonia, GA 30058. Hours are from 7:00pm to 7:30am. Serious inquiries only. Responsibilities HIPPA compliance Performing ongoing assessments of clients physical and mental status Planning and managing care according to client’s needs to include Person-Centered approach Obtaining vital signs Observe and document response to client’s treatment and identify progress to goals set in ISP Complete tasks ordered by prescribing physician without issue Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Communicate with client’s family and other entities involved with client care Relias Training Skills Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology Good documentation skills Good physical condition and stamina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate Licensed as a LPN in the state of Georgia or have compact licensure from another state Medication management Competent in use and care of Tube Feeding Competent in wound care Competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Competent in using Google Workspace (Email, Calendar, etc.) Competent in utilizing
