We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for a 3-year-old female client with cerebral palsy, bilateral hearing loss, chronic lung disease, and epilepsy .

Client Overview:

The client is a female with cerebral palsy, bilateral hearing loss, chronic lung disease, and epilepsy. She is nonverbal, non-ambulatory, and incontinent. She is G-tube dependent for feedings and medications and requires frequent oral and nasal suctioning to manage secretions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in the client’s home Administer G-tube feedings and medications accurately Perform frequent oral/nasal suctioning as needed Monitor for seizures and respiratory distress Maintain proper hygiene and incontinence care Document care and communicate with care team and family Follow individualized care plan and safety protocols Provide compassionate, patient-focused care at all times

Environmental & Personal Care Requirements:

Must not smoke or be exposed to smoke of any kind (including secondhand) Willing to wear shoe covers inside the home No pet dander (preferably no pets or only outdoor pets) Hair must be pulled back neatly while on duty No strong scents, perfumes, or fragranced products Short, natural nails only – no artificial nails or nail polish Must wear a mask while on shift (a box will be provided upon request) Physically able to assist or carry the client up and down stairs as needed

Qualifications:
