Requirements:

Active LPN License•Georgia state or compact BLS Certification•American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (preferred) Strong communication and clinical skills Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient status and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care Maintain accurate patient records and reports
