We are behavioral health provider with a primary mental health inpatient facility in Cumming, GA. The nursing team will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient well-being. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in fast-paced environments and will have experience in various aspects of patient care.

Shift :

RN for Full Time Nights 7P-7A (3×12) &

RN or LPN PRN Nights LPN:

$30-35/hr

RN:

$40-45/hr Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation in medical records. Assist with triage and assess patients’ conditions to determine the necessary level of care. Perform ostomy care, pain management, and infectious disease care as needed. Support patients undergoing dialysis and provide trauma medicine when required. Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options. Skills Proficient in medication administration and understanding of various medical protocols. Strong knowledge of infectious disease care practices and pain management techniques. Experience with the behavioral health population (SUD/MH). Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to maintain accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on enhancing patient comfort and well-being. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
