Job Description
Community-Based LPN Agility Home Care Atlanta, GA 30303 LPN Job description: The Candidate should:
- have the ability and flexibility to visit patients in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas such as Decatur, Marietta and Fayetteville.
- be willing to visit home of the patients for supervisory visits/ medication management etc.
- take charge of each patient’s care and ensure best possible service
- take responsibility of timely and accurate completion of documentation for each patient
- Able to use electronic charting
- supervise certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)
- deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed to practice as LPN in the state of Georgia. Two years of Nursing experience in home care or clinical setting preferred. Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification and TB skin test
